Creator Agreement

Additional terms for creators who monetize content on our platform.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies to users who create subscription tiers, sell digital products, and/or monetize content on Patagram ("Creators"). By becoming a Creator, you agree to these additional terms.

2. Creator Eligibility

To become a Creator, you must: (a) Be at least 18 years old; (b) Have a verified email address; (c) Connect a verified Mollie account and provide accurate identity and payout information to Mollie in order to receive payments; (d) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (e) Not have been previously banned from the Platform.

3. Content Obligations

As a Creator, you agree to: (a) Provide content as described in your tier offerings; (b) Maintain a regular posting schedule appropriate for your tier benefits; (c) Not mislead subscribers about what they will receive; (d) Respond to subscriber inquiries in a reasonable timeframe; (e) Comply with all content guidelines and prohibited content rules.

4. Revenue and Fees

Patagram charges a platform fee on subscription revenue. The applicable rate is displayed in your Creator dashboard before you activate monetization. This fee is collected automatically on each payment as an application fee through Mollie; the remaining net amount is paid directly to your connected Mollie account. Payment processing fees (charged by Mollie) vary by payment method and are deducted from your revenue. Your net earnings on each charge are: Subscription Price - Platform Fee - Mollie Payment Processing Fees.

5. Payouts

To receive payments, you must connect a verified Mollie account to your Creator profile. Patagram never holds your funds: on each charge, the net amount (after the platform fee and Mollie's payment processing fees) is paid directly into your connected Mollie account. Mollie then settles those funds to your bank account on Mollie's own payout schedule and according to Mollie's terms. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

6. Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on your earnings. We may provide earnings reports for tax purposes. Depending on your location, we may be required to withhold taxes or report your earnings to tax authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you post. You grant Patagram a license to display and distribute your content as needed to operate the Platform.

8. Customer Relationship

Because subscription payments are processed on your connected Mollie account, you are the merchant of record for your subscriptions. Subscribers have a direct billing relationship with you, facilitated by Patagram. Patagram provides the technology that handles billing mechanics, the cancellation flow, and platform-level support, but you are responsible for content delivery, the quality and accuracy of your tier offerings, tier-specific communications, and for handling refund and billing disputes from your subscribers (see Refund Policy).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination: (a) Active subscriptions will continue until their next renewal date and will not renew; (b) You must honor remaining subscription periods; (c) Funds already paid into your connected Mollie account are settled to you by Mollie on its normal schedule; (d) Your Creator status will be removed, but your user account may remain active.

10. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement with 30 days notice. Continued use of Creator features after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to platform fees will be communicated with at least 60 days notice. Grandfathered Pro tier pricing locked in by Founding Creators (see Section 11) is exempt from fee changes — your locked-in monthly price applies for the lifetime of your Pro subscription, including across cancellations and resubscriptions.

11. Pro Tier and Founding Creator Status

Patagram Pro is an optional flat-fee subscription that creators may purchase in exchange for a 0% platform fee on their subscription revenue (Mollie payment processing fees still apply and are passed through to the creator). Pro is per-creator: each creator page you own subscribes independently.

Founding 100 — Lifetime Pricing: The first 100 distinct users to subscribe to Pro receive lifetime €19/month grandfathered pricing on their first creator subscribed to Pro. Subsequent creators on the same user account default to the Standard cohort even if Founding spots remain. The Founding status is preserved on the creator account in perpetuity: if you cancel and later resubscribe the same creator, your €19/month price is honored on the same terms. Founding status applies for the lifetime of your Patagram account in good standing (account in good standing means no Terms of Service violations resulting in suspension or ban).

Storage and Bandwidth: Pro subscriptions include 50 GB of storage and 2 TB of monthly egress bandwidth per creator. Overage is billed at €0.05/GB storage and €0.02/GB egress. A monthly overage cap of €100 applies — when exceeded, new uploads are paused until the next billing period or until you contact support.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your creator dashboard. Pro benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of the period (see Refund Policy).

12. Storage and Bandwidth Limits

Each creator page is allocated storage and monthly bandwidth (egress) based on its tier. Limits apply per creator page, not per account.

Tier allocations: (a) Creators who have not connected a Mollie payout account: 5 GB storage, 50 GB monthly bandwidth; (b) Creators with a connected Mollie account: 15 GB storage, 1 TB monthly bandwidth; (c) Pro creators: 50 GB storage, 2 TB monthly bandwidth (with overage billing — see Section 11).

Storage limit: When a creator page reaches its storage allocation, new uploads are paused until you delete content to free space or upgrade your tier. Existing content remains available.

Monthly bandwidth ceiling: Bandwidth measures how much your published media is served to viewers each calendar month, and resets at the start of each month. When a non-Pro creator page reaches its monthly bandwidth ceiling, its public content is temporarily paused (hidden from viewers) until the next monthly reset. Nothing is deleted. Upgrading to Pro raises the ceiling and replaces the pause with overage billing. Direct messages are never subject to the bandwidth pause.

Per-file limit on public media: any single file larger than 100 MB cannot be attached to a post that is public, followers-only, or shown as a public preview; files over 100 MB may only be attached to posts restricted to paying subscribers (a paid tier). This limit is uniform across all tiers, including Pro, and does not apply to adaptive video streaming.

Abuse and spikes: To protect the Platform, an unusually large bandwidth spike in a 24-hour window (typically caused by viral content) may temporarily pause new uploads for that creator page while existing content continues to serve. We will notify you by email, and the pause lifts automatically at the start of the next billing period.

We may adjust these allocations with notice as described in Section 10.
