If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on our Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing: (a) Your physical or electronic signature; (b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform; (d) Your contact information (address, phone number, email); (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (f) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing: (a) Your physical or electronic signature; (b) Identification of the removed material and its previous location; (c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (d) Your name, address, and phone number; (e) Consent to the jurisdiction of federal courts in your district; (f) A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Please be aware that under the DMCA, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.
